Q1.  Will we get the Authorization letter from Apple stating that we are Apple Partners?
Ans.  As partners are not direct partners of Apple, under DPP program the National Distributors authorizes the partners to sell Apple devices and Ingram Micro has shared the authorized mail. 


Q2.  Can we initiate Device Enrolment Program (DEP) for our end-customer?
Ans.  Currently DEP is not available for DPP partners, we will keep you informed as and when the same is made available for DPP partners.


Q3.  Will our end-customer be able to avail the cashback available in the market?
Ans.  Yes, Affordability will be provided to DPP partners in the account where Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) and Employee Purchase program (EPP) are prevalent.


Q4.  Are we entitled to sell the entire product line of Apple?
Ans.  Yes, the entire Apple product line is available to DPP partners


Q5.  Can we participate in GEM/ Govt tenders. Will the MAF be provided to us?
Ans.  Yes, you can participate in the requirement of GEM till they don’t ask any authorization of the Vendor like MAF, authorization letter etc.


Q6.  Will we get the Backend rebate if we achieve numbers or target?
Ans.  Margins are provided upfront in the way of functional discount for all our DPP partners to optimize their business operations and their working capital.


Q7.  Is our end customer  reach limited to a certain section or can we bill to Large end customer as well?
Ans.  Through this program Apple wishes to expand their reach into the Mid-Market and SMB segment. But if any large account is there in which DEP is not required, we will be happy to discuss the requirement.


Q8.  Is there a customer locking system where our deals can be protected, or any special support provided to win the deal?
Ans.  Apple doesn’t control prices in the market and hence don’t believe in customer locking system. if the timely forecast is shared with Ingram Micro, we can support with the stocks to DPP partners to get that extra edge required to win the deal.
